The Mrs. and I simply love :001_tt1: the stuff and just a little bit goes a very long way. We sprinkle this salt on eggs, fish, seafood, steaks, roast, poultry, veal, pork (the skys the limit to it's uses), and the aroma and taste are 'out of this world and to die for'. Along with our other condiments, we buy the 3½oz jar of Casina Rossa's Truffle & Salt for about $23US. :thumbsup:

I was just looking for a good excuse to eat some, so I sprinkled some in there.

My best kept secret is my truffle salt caramels :wink2:
 
I love my bottle of truffle oil!
I must add the truffle salt soon. The salt can be used more frequently!
