Chest/tri/shoulders workout. Bench should be going up rapidly soon now that I'm getting ready to increase my caloric intake and bulk up.

Two fast mile runs 6:54 and 7:58 plus 9 miles walking. Getting ready for my 5K race in a couple weeks and hoping to get a sub 23:00 time.

13 Miles walking today stretching out my injury from yesterday, which turns out to be a flare up of my piriformis syndrome so not as bad as the strained hamstring that I thought it was at first.

Ive been trying to stay going to the gym everyday. Im on a roll of 10 times in the last 12 days. So it could be worse. Starting with a sprint on the treadmill (can be anywhere from .5-1.5 miles) then I jump on the bike for 20 minutes. Then after things, depending on the day, muscle groups vary. Today though, just core... Obliques, abdominals, and back.
