13 Miles walking today stretching out my injury from yesterday, which turns out to be a flare up of my piriformis syndrome so not as bad as the strained hamstring that I thought it was at first.
Ive been trying to stay going to the gym everyday. Im on a roll of 10 times in the last 12 days. So it could be worse. Starting with a sprint on the treadmill (can be anywhere from .5-1.5 miles) then I jump on the bike for 20 minutes. Then after things, depending on the day, muscle groups vary. Today though, just core... Obliques, abdominals, and back.
