Today would have been so lot easier if my body hasn't decided that 3:00AM was a good wake up time.
 
Trying to bulk up, so no cardio until September. I walk at a lot at work (around 19 miles a day), so probably not needed.

- 3 work sets of Back Squats to 137.5lbs w/ warmups
- 3 work sets of Overhead Press to 75lbs w/ warmups
- 3 work set of Pendlay Rows to 125lbs w/ warmups
Stretching

Felt pretty good today after I took an extra day of rest. Wrist really hurt yesterday for some reason or another, so I didn't want to push it. I really have to be on the ball with my brace. I tried my usual front squats (I alternate front and back from workout to workout) and my wrist was having NONE of it. I'll stick to back squats for the time being.
