I think the bridge behind the lift bridge is the Worth historical draw bridge.
The blue bridge in the background is the Cleveland Memorial Shoreway

That's it, though I never heard of a "Worth" historical drawbridge. It is the mouth of the Cuyahoga River, Cleveland. I should have dropped a hint but figured that the salt mine at right gave it away anyway. You're up sir
