Always fun to see neat revolvers. Here's my S&W 1917 .45ACP. In this case, it's one from the 25,000 1937 Brazilian order. It's a fun gun to shoot with moon clips.

Just sold one of my Brazilian Contract 1917s. Down to only one left now.
My much loved S&W 686 4". The factory hammer and trigger were swapped out for the wide ones you see here, when the DA pull was lightened and smoothed. It was then glass-bead blasted and I believe the grips are Bocote. It's rarely this clean...

Where did you get those grips??? Asking as a new 686 owner.
One of these days. I definitely want a revolver in my safe. I am looking forward to seeing more in this thread.
It's been a long time since I bought them, but I'm 99% sure those came from Ahrends Grips. They're not the least expensive, but they feel great in my hand. Fit and finish is top notch.
