Today? Four miles with a 40lb pack in an hour. Getting ready for the wildland fire pack test. To keep your red card, you have to do 3 miles in 45 minutes with a 45lb pack. Almost back up to speed for it.

In race conditions, you should have no problem exceeding that pace.
 
Took the bike out for a 20-mile ride after spending some time working on it. The temperature almost hit 70 degrees here today and I couldn't miss that opportunity.
