Made a test lather bowl of Cella brick yesterday. Not sure if it the slickest every made, but definitely close in my book. Good luck with your hunt!

Vitos green was slick and had good cushion. Slickest ever? I dont know. I havnet seen any around for awhile. There is/was? a red version too but l never tried it.
All soaps when properly worked will indeed reach that desired slickness we crave. I use shea butter pre shave. Your greased skin then gets a slick soap coating. I never had the chance to try Vitos. Sadly. Someone else on here said if you have tried one, you have tried them both. So there is that comfort!
I had bought a brick of Vito’s Red. I used it exclusively for a year. I found it to be an excellent entry level or bottom tier soap.
I am not sure about ever, but I will agree Cella is slick. Of all my soaps, it is probably the hardest to wash off the hands and razor handle.

With the creams and grease that I use pre shave my hands still feel slippery after a soap washing. The alum is liberally applied to my wet hands before reaching for brush or razor.
Of the ones that I've tried so far: House of Mammoth, Zingari Man, Barrister and Mann and Wholly Kaw are the slickest and most protective. Løthur and Gentleman's Nod are up there too, but I'm still evaluating them. Fwiw, only higher end soaps seem to work well for me so definitely ymmv.

It's not a soap, but the slickest product I've ever used is Cremo cream. I don't use it often, but it's the only thing that will cause me to lose my grip on the razor.
I rarely need the ultimate in slickness though so I don't use it very often. It is my go-to when I don't have time for bowl lathering.

Stirling Mutton Tallow soaps would be in the running in my book.

Although, I think Body Shop Maca Root is a bit further ahead. Made by the same guys doing TOBS/Truefitt & Hill, but something about the Maca makes it feel like I'm riding a bicycle on a frozen lake.
