Also… where do I get blades for it?
I believe that is a Schick Instamatic. It is a band razor that is compatible with Gillette Techmatic cartridges. You'd have to find some new old stock cartridges if you wanted to get blades.

They went Dodo for a reason, not many people say good things about the shaves. The band steel concept was a dead end.
