A week is not too bad but yes it will take time. If you ask for the next address when you receive the box, it should give enough time for the next member to respond. If not, email, if nothing after a week skip

I would however not add anyone once it's launched otherwise the last person could wait a year and a half...

All very good ideas. I'm definitely onboard with these. I especially like the idea of PMing the needn't guy when you get the box as opposed to sheet you've had it for the week.

The Eastern box will likely move faster than the western box. If memory serves there were 6 or 7 of us from Ottawa. Us O-town folks should be able to pass it hand to hand thus speeding up delivery times.

If the person doesn't come back to you during the week, chances are, that person won't have much time to log back in here, post a picture, use the box, mail it and post a tracking number back here.

It won't be perfect but it will limit the wait time a bit.
