Grabbed this Albatross billiard from J. Cochey at Briar Bird Pipes. 36 grams, a really nice open draw and a really cool blast.. shallow, but detailed, with a lot of color variation. For anyone looking for a nice, hand finished pipe in the C-note ballpark, a Briar Bird Albatross is well worth considering.

Who makes those?
Stopped in Grapevine for pipe cleaners and got some GL Pease Odyssey. A bit pricey at $17, but I saved on shipping.
I don't have a great tobacconist near me, but there's a cigar store that carries some GLP and other pipe supplies. I try to buy a tin from him when I can just to support the local guys and help them stay in business.
Usually end up paying around that too
