A few months ago, The Body Shop stopped selling their Maca root & aloe shave cream in NY. I can't get it shipped to NY either on Amazon or from The Body Shop directly. I called The Body Shop to understand why, and they said they had some "regulatory" issue with New York State, but did not share any details. Does anybody know what the story is? I thought maybe it had to do with NY's animal testing law, but can't seem to find anything on the internet on the topic.

Thanks, Lancre. It's not so much that I can't get it, but rather why the State of NY has made it illegal.
