Erik Anton Berg. Took a chance with some cleaned up pitting but shouldn’t effect the shave. I’m ok with the imperfection. Will hone and shave this weekend. Overall pleased.

They don't all say Swedish Steel.
Six Swedes arrived this week. Two are under 5/8” which should be interesting. I’m thinking the ram horn scales for the Tornblom. Thanks to Griffith Shaving Goods.

Four from the Maggard Vintage Vault including a Linley Pipe Razor, a Smith Warranted, a Bingham, and a Roberts mustache razor. One from a French eBay seller who listed this as a potential Military officer’s razor when in fact it is a Paul Sormani Paris one likely made by Rodgers.

I’m sure you seen the Massive Bengall pair that have been languishing on eBay for close to 4 years. They are quite amazing but $1200 USD is steep for even an impressive pair. Yours are very very nice. Congratulations.
Blimey! I haven’t seen those actually (they probably don’t come up cos I’m in the UK).
Certainly excellent razors, but $1200 is indeed crazy for a coupla Bengalls, no matter their size or impressiveness. My pair above cost less than 1/10th of that.
Your new (old) hoard look like they’ll be fun! I look forward to seeing some of ‘em once you’ve got them back into shape…

Wow. I’ve never seen a Bengall in tortoise. I’d totally buy those if I was Scrooge McDuck.
Just got the winning bid on this stunning beauty. The blade is a pretty worn mk 31 but the scales are just awesome. The plan is to put them on a near nos mk4 blade at a later date possibly. Cheers

The LeCoultre looks nice next to the other two found earlier in 2024. Now France, Sweden, & Switzerland represented. If I was really into framebacks I guess I’d try to find a German, a Japanese, and a British one too!
