Razor : Gillette New Long comb, Canadian variant- Mfg 1930's, tame mid range to mid range. When learning Traditional wet shaving I thought this razor was aggressive and now it feels like a nice tame mid range(My beard has changed for easier shaving IMO) Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Gillette Perma Sharp- sharp and smooth + longevity? It has been a long time since using this blade and the packing has changed + wrapper. Made in India for Gillette (P&G).
Soap : Yaqi The Green- very nice fresh natural scent with excellent lather qualities. The scent is addictive and is referenced to similar Lacoste essential green cologne according to Yaqi reference. Master soap creations did a nice job for scent and quality for Yaqi soaps and fragrance IMO.
Brush : Yaqi "Dandelion"24mm cashmere knot, excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips , nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. Very nice handle and knot for my shaving needs.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Yaqi Green AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :
or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers=
excellent close shave with my Gillette New long comb with a Gillette Perma sharp.

All this talk of Slantember made me want to pull out my PAA Slant, even waited until tonight to shave instead of this morning so I would have two full days of growth, worked beautifully. Noble Otter never disappoints and the new Simpson also worked beautifully. Stellar way to end my menthol theme week.

️ shave with this set up. The Outlaw razor is a pleasure to use. Efficient, comfortable, and just the right amount of blade feel. I would consider it to be medium aggressive, but it can be used a a daily driver by just easing up on the pressure of shaving daily. Cleared one day of growth with just one pass. The scent from the Catie’s Bubbles Two to Mango is addictive - it’s as if I am walking by the produce store and taking in a whiff of fresh mango. The soap is very slick and cushions well. I really like the blade from Schick - I am surprised it’s not seem more often.

A relaxing Sunday morning shave.
A wonderful performance from the Chinese Gillette super speed clone & Polsilver Super Iridium duo...I've forgot how smooth and efficient Polisilver are.
A enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report.
Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Body shaving Anti-Irritation ASB.
My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine.
