Took a week's growth off in 3 with a few touch ups. Silky smooth and smelling great.

Sunday Schick shave, August 27th 2023

Razor : Schick injector i2 type with hydro magic- Mfg 1954-57, tame mid range. I find this razor works well with a fresh blade and rewards a person with a close shave. Well designed and enjoyable with Hydro magic when it comes for a quick rinse to clean better IMO. Had a excellent shave this morning with no issues.
Blade : Personna SS PTFE (2) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity.
Soap : Yaqi "The Green", nice clean refreshing scent that bring back a nature walk in the woods + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Viper" 24mm boar bristle, excellent lather generator, soft split end bristle hairs, nice splay scrubber + great lather painter. Very nice boar brush to use and handle is perfect in my hand.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Yaqi "The Green" splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my Schick i2 type injector with a Personna coated blade.

My beard can bite my shiny metal ***!

Much like the alternate reality version of Bender, I pulled out the gold-plated Gillette NEW for this one along with the limited run Catie's Bubbles Black Bergamot shaving soap. This stuff works great. I love Lord blades and the Lord Platinum worked like a dream in this one. Two-pass damn near BBS shave.

Cheap blades giving a great shave? What is this... an episode of The Scary Door?
