A relative sent me Simply Daisy Woodsy shave soap for Christmas, so I gave it a try. Simply Daisy soap is made with Nigerian dwarf goat's milk in a small town in SE Idaho. Like many homemade soap products, I didn't have much hope for this soap and wondered if it would end up in the shower. I face lathered with a RazoRock 400, and used a 1953 Gillette President with a new Gillette Nacet blade. The soap smelled of tree scents, and was quite pleasant. It lathered easily and quickly, creating thick & rich foam similar to Haslinger Schafmilch. The post-shave feel was similar to Tabac, which is very nice and smooth. I quite like it, far more than I expected, and will make sure to use it again.
