Recently one of my razors broke - a Merkur Vision 2000. These haven't been made for about 10 years.

I emailed Merkur to ask if there were any parts for them, and I sent them a photo of what broke.

The part I needed, they still had - and they sent it to me... for free.

Just to let you know what kind of company they are... and how they treated me.

Wow! That’s really cool. What part was it? My Vision has been sitting on the shelf for some time in pieces. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to put her together. Well, I found a video from none other than GeoFatBoy about how to reassemble, and voila! I have a working Vision once again!
