I'll have to try this out. My girlfriend is from South Carolina and she's allergic to tomatoes, this is her favorite type of BBQ sauce.

Jim, if you wanted to add some heat to it, how would you go about it? A really good BBQ place in Jacksonville has one of the best mustard sauces I've ever tasted--and their hot version definitely brings the heat!

Just play around with it, a teaspoon of red pepper/or/ 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper would do the trick.
