This discussion has been very helpful. I currently have the MdC original and fougere. Love the performance of both soaps. I find the scent of both to be very mild - which is a positive for me. I have been on the fence for quite some time about which MdC to get next - the rose or the argumes. I was pretty set on getting the argumes, as it seemed a safer bet to me than the rose [as I do not want to smell like an old lady]. However, the comments in this thread having me reconsidering the rose.
Curious - is the rose a year-round scent, or one best suited to warm weather? I am also curious about the scent strength [sorry if this has already been mentioned]. Is the MdC rose mild in nature or a scent that projects in a way that others mind find offensive?
