Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

Today is / was core day, so

10k steps (so far)
30 mins indoor cycling
Sit ups 5 x12
Crunches 5 x12
Ab wheel 5 x10
High m/c pulley weight crunches, 20kg-12x5, 30kg-8x5, 40kg-4x5

Various stretching to cool down with.

By the way tomorrow is a day off from exercise as its MY FINAL MORTGAGE PAYMENT!!! and Mrs McB and I are going out for a meal as a little celebration. 🥳🥳🥳🥳
 
Friday: Zone 2 training on the treadmill.

Saturday: total body strength training using Nautilus equipment followed by a GXP session on the treadmill.

I have 2 degenerated disks, one in the lower lumbar region and the other in the cervical region. After years of pretty good health, the lower back is twinging. Like it’s ready to go full spasm, but hasn’t completely hit. Adjusting exercises and hitting the ibuprofen for a few days. 🤞🙏🏼
