Hello all,
Just a quick note to say that I'm amazed at how much more pleasurable shaving has become since I invested in some quality gear. Thanks to Pozzska, I now have a new Simpsons "Case", which is a beautiful little brush. I went ahead and bought the B&B edition soap from Mama Bear, which smells nice and gives a great, thick lather. I'm using Merkur blades in my slim adjustable, which are pretty darn good.
Just these few changes in my routine have made it possible for me to shave comfortably every day this past week. Previously, my skin would be very irritated by daily shaving, and I'd get ingrown hairs. This has not been the case with my new shaving regimen!
Now to find an excellent aftershave. I've got a bottle of St. Lucia Bay Rum that I brought back from Bermuda, but I'm sure that there are more options out there...
