Wasn't going to use my straights while testing the box but decided I still needed my practice so used it for a little bit. Face lathered the cream and proceeded to start on my cheeks with my Revisor. Only did a bit on both cheeks but couldn't get the cream slick enough for my liking with the straight. I then switched over to my Gillette President that I loaded a Platinum Lord in from the box. I really liked the way the Lord shave and I had no signs of a bad shave left behind when I was done. The Nivea SC was great with my DE but I didn't like it that much with my SR as I couldn't get it slick enough. All in all, not a bad way to start my time with the box. Only problem now is, what to try next.
