That was great, Vic. Did you finish that razor?

No, I did do the rough grind on the other side. I spent the rest of my time at the meet helping first timers and hanging out with the more experienced bladesmiths trying absorb as much knowledge about metallurgy and heat treating as I could. I also wanted to leave my grinder open for others to use. We had four grinders available and often people were in queue. There was lots of razor making going on.

Now I've got work and my taxes keeping me from doing any razor stuff.

I'll give you one thing.. you have a unique grinding set up!
It proves one of thoughts on "advice". In the end everyone has their own way that works best for them!
