Sharing a bottle with SWMBO right now. Absolutely divine, and even better when cellared. My bottle is from 2010 and hasn't lost that fresh sparkle yet.

I always notice this, but never grab for it. I will try it out next time I see it.

You'll love it. It has lots of depths, but still a very fresh note that surprises you, even when cellared.

I still have two 2011 down there.

My favorite Belgian is Quintine Ellezelloisse Amber - La Biere des Callines Saison Farmhouse Ale. I've only 2 bottles at my favorite restaurant and can no longer find it.
