My wife took these yesterday when she and her friend rode their bikes out about 10 minutes from the ranch.

Very typical April colours for our rabbits who hang out in the front yard. Not white anymore but not quite brown either.

More April wildflower shots. This time at Soda Lake in San Luis Obispo County, Ca. Carizzo Plains.
About 58 miles from the house in Atascadero.

April can be a bit manic here in the Denver area. Here is a poor tree at a park 5 minutes away from my house. The sprinklers had been turned on, perhaps too early. In their defense it was in the 80's a few days prior.

Here we are about 8 hours later in the day...
