It's definitely not a Big Fellow with that Old Type head. I'd buy it, whether it had the flare-tip or not...but if it does, you've scored!

So it was a single ring. Unfortunately upon closer inspection it was cracked down the middle of the handle pretty bad. Quite a bit of rust and the box was broken and very worn. Thank you guys tons for saving me 40 bucks .
