As both aren't very old (they still have their downy fluff) it does tend to make them look somewhat paranoid

The New Holland Honeyeater was having a bit of a scratch, trying to get rid of some of the fluff, but unfortunately, my shutter speed was a little too low at the time.

Couple of a spotted dove taken recently, was sitting out in the garden for a while, and managed to coax him/her out with a little snack.

Willow ptarmigan with coat halfway changing into winter colors.
D800, Sigma 150-600mm at 500mm, f/9, 1/640 sec, ISO 1250, from bus window, 80% of frame.
