Is silvertip *worth it*?

My B&B Essential from 2008 just got here in the mail. Foaming at the mouth, I ripped it out of the package and contemplated shaving with a butter knife and some water.

Happy I waited until I got home though. I don't know how this compares to Shavemacs and Rooneys, but man is it nice...
