This evening we revisited Thanksgiving South Texas Style. I dumped a bunch of turkey, dressing, and green bean casserole in a skillet with 4 eggs, cheese, a freshly ground up chipotle pepper and a diced habanero. After frying all of this up, I dumped it into some homemade tortillas with a little pico gallo, and MAN was it tasty.
As a finale on the evening, I am now enjoying a cheap but good glass of Yellow Tail Shiraz-Cabernet.
