And all I had to do was use this to wedge between the small gap between glass ring and case ... Popped instantly

But it looks better

Sapphire isn't on though... Needs more even force than I've been able to do by hand. I may order a glass press from Ali express or Amazon to do it proper. But I'm happy my watch is (mostly) repaired

Once I found the right cup fits, the little pop it made was so satisfying. My little guy is back

Repeatedly dropping the tiny hold down screws and other piece had me on the edge too, also the floor. Many times lol

I’ve found watch parts on the floor days, even months, after dropping them. I mean, does a 3- hander really need all 3 hands? It’s kind of excessive, don’t you think?
