Is this some sort of a brace for the neck and back that EMT's would use?
No, it does not have to be a pizza peel. Can you get a shirt-shaped pizza in 15-1/2 33 with french cuffs? Just by chance.... this thing happens to be about the same size as your average shirt. Imagine that?
