Hi Guys! I just wondered if anyone has any new info. My favorite razor is my 1953 Gillette Super Speed with a Gillette Platinum Blade ( dark blue pkg) I know the Astra SP's are now being made in India and was wondering about the Gillette platinums. Where are they being made now and are they just as good? I love those blades, the Astra Sp's are ok but not as good for me as the Gillette Platinums. Thanks for any information!

Made in china. Try an Indian astra if you haven’t, it surprised me. Wonderful blade, better than the Russian. (For me)
They are now being made in China but if you search around you can find Russian made Gillette Platinum. I like the New laser etched version. Try razor blades club.

He is asking about dark blue. Only the light blue is now moved to China. Dark blues are Russian.
