Maybe I'll take a stick and melt pine tar into it. There's a decent chance that the pine tar will cover the smell, though I suppose there is also a chance that the combination will triple the stink.

That reminds me I also tried putting drops of lavender EO. Nope!

I am an Arko fan too, it's in my soap rotation. ....it always will be. Many don't like the scent of it understandably, but I think that its performance far exceeds that of other soaps costing way more. Price wise it is very cheap and its cushion and lather qualities shine.
If it were my only soap available for shaving I could happily live with that.

Love the smell, love how quick it lathers, still having problems with it drying out on my face. Not sure what to do about it.

Use more water - it can really take a lot.

Add 5 or 6 drops of glycerin to the lather bowl (bowl lathering) or brush (face lathering). I actually do this with a lot of soaps.

If you're okay with the smell, you've passed the biggest hurdle.
