Cellactober : October is Cella month

Figured I best be getting my Cella on before no-shave-November! Just kidding, I'll be shaving straight through to December!

Another pleasant and perfect shave with a gifted Super Speed and Astra Platinum. Smelling like a gentleman should.

Razor: Karve Overlander, brass
Blade: Nacet (2)
Soap: Cella red
Brush: Omega S10049 synthetic
Bowl: Captain's Choice Heavyweight copper
Post shave: Omega alum block, Thayer's Witch Hazel
Aftershave: Lucky Tiger Aftershave and Face Tonic

This was a shave of three days growth, normally I shave every other day. It was nice to get a shave!
The outstanding lather from the Cella red was the last for Cellatober, which has been most enjoyable.
Today's shave was the usual three pass shave, with no touch ups, etc. Everything about the shave was perfect.

Once I have my daily shave today, I will reach 100% Cella-based shaves for every day the entire month of Cellatober. And on one day, I shaved twice.

Nothing particularly new there, as I've been using Cella almost exclusively for well-over a decade. LOL

Finally, and at long last, I'm about to branch out and try a few other soaps. Stuff in in route. Cella won't leave the rotation. It is "my" croap. But time try a few other offerings.

How did you like the Bio Cella? How does it compare to the red? I saw this and was considering giving it a try.

Personally, I prefer the BIO over the red. It just works better for me. I think the aloe vera has a lot to do with that.
