Can't message seller new and made an account

Just made an account and logged in and saw a post of safety razors for sale but how do I message seller? I have message and bottom of their post in grey saying You have insufficient privileges to reply here. How can I contact seller?

Hi, welcome to the forum. You will be able to send a private message to other members when you have reached 10 quality posts. Post away and you will be there in no time at all.
