I can log in fine on my iPhone or Mac but I continue to get an oops error when I try to log in from my iPad???

All I can suggest is clearing cookies and cache on your iPad and ensure you are using an up to date OS and browser.
My IPhone is like bad news loading, fell like I am in firefight, reload, reload, reload, over and over.
Not sure how recent your tablet is, but, as you probably already know, Apple stops updating old devices, and modern web sites can break older versions of the Safari browser. The only remedy in these cases is to replace the device.
My iPhone touch screen doesn’t work well at all here, yet fine everywhere else. Is this possible?
