It's one of our favorites, even at home. After they are boiled, we toss them in a bit of oil, place on grill and drizzle with BBQ sauce and mix around. When they come off, a bit more sauce and add the fried bacon & onion if you have. We've done them in a cast iron before, but the above method works best based on our experimenting. We only do it with the potato based perogies and not the cottage cheese ones.Never had grilled pierogies before but I will soon. Those look fantastic!

We started using these biscuit cookies with the chocolate layer....much better then trying to get the piece of Hershey to melt by cramming it in the toasted marshmallow or placing on the Graham cracker.
Similar I think, but probably WM brand.PC Concerto? The dark chocolate are sublime all by themselves.

It's from the Lodge cookbook, super easy and uses leftover beef/steak. It only calls for 3 slices for bacon, but I use 1/2 a packBeef, bacon hash? You're killin' me Bruce. Parsley is a nice touch.[emoji106]1:
