Okay, I'll play, I had some of Mendocino Brewing Co. Red Tail Amber Ale while grilling a tri-tip.
Xocoveza (Stone) from a bottle.
Goose IPA. Best bottle the restaurant had, and I'm afraid it's a poor IPA.
My wife is on to me. "Un huuuh," follows many of my dining suggestions lately. She should be happy my choices aren't related to cuteness of wait staff (Or are they?!)!I've started picking my restaurants based on their beer list and not their menu...
Stone 10th Anniversary IPA
Brooklyn Brewery Dark Chocolate Stout. Seasonal release from Brooklyn Brewery.
This is actually an Imperial Russian stout, and clocks in at 10% ABV. This is the range where I have to start being really careful. It's a pretty good stout, but a tad boozy. One is definitely enough. I'll gladly finish the six, but I don't think I'll be restocking this one.

Thanks for the tip! To be honest, I've never really considered letting ANY beer age... it might help!
