It was a DFS shave. The Alum left me with hardly any feedback and no nicks, burn, weepers or stingers. So far no bad bumps either.

Cream: QCS Monaco
Brush: Semogue 2011 LE Badger (size 2)
Razor: Old Type w/Personna Med Prep
Post-shave: Bloc Osma, Thayer's Witch Hazel & D.R. Harris After Shave Milk
BIG Omega 48 boar
Ogallala Bay Rum Limes and Peppercorns shaving soap and aftershave splash

I followed the instructions on Ogallala Bay Rum's website (as suggested in the Shaving Soap forum here), of soaking my brush in the mug that has the soap at the bottom of it. Holy wow did that ever soften up the soap. I squeezed out my brush and the soap just exploded with "BIG" amounts of slick lather. Great shave.

My first shave with something other that my fatboy in quite some time. My face really enjoyed the extra attention I was giving the razor angle because I'm not used to this razor and ended up with a very close satisfying shave.
