I ordered 2 shave sticks, one derby and 1 tweex, on the 12th, I got my package on the 23rd , this month. I chose the Turkey registered mail and was able to track the package from there dorr to mine, Almost. when the mail man rang the buzzer, the package was still sorted through the New York port.

Why hold the problem with Customs against a Vendor?

Your problem is with U.S. customs, not with BestShave.

But then I guess you need to blame somebody.

As the others have said, that it got caught up in customs has nothing to do with the vendor. Senseless for you to hold it against them.

I got all my gear in 10 days or so, they threw in a free plastic DE travel razor too. Not bad for $50 of stuff and the free shipping
