I have a manduka prolite. It's okay, kinda slippery when you are sweaty. Most days I use it with a yogitoes towel.
Manduka pro long, 3+ years. Fantastic mat. The prolite is probably good as well. The pro long is a few inches longer than the prolite long. That is why I went with the pro.
Overall it is a great Mat. Superior to everything else I have used. Bomb proof. Have used and destroyed a half dozen cheaper mats over the years.
If in doubt definitely get a longer mat.
