Are the QED brushes the same as Frank Shaving?

I saw some posts about the QED select brushes being made by or the same as Frank Shaving. Does anyone know if that is true?

I assumed since their Savile Row line is supposed to come from Shavemac, their Selects did as well. But that's a good question, maybe Rudy Vey has an answer. QED brush origins are like Fight Club Rule #1: nobody talks about it.

The QED brush hair looks a lot like Shavemac finest grade. Very soft and nice feeling but a little bit too floppy.

That is what I think, maybe they still make them for QED. When I visited, there were quite a few Savile Row brush in a storage cabinet. But my visit was 10 or so years ago. But, things may have changed since then.
