Anyone use a post shave balm as a daily face moisturizer?

In the depths of winter, my face can get a little dry, mainly on days I don’t shave. My post shave balm (Duke Cannon Ice Cold) seems to moisturize well or at least leave my face feeling less dry during the day. On the other days, I’m thinking of using an unopened bottle of a post shave balm I used to use: Nivea Sensitive Skin post shave balm. Anyone do this?

Not daily as I run oily. But every few days I'll use either Nivea sensitive or Crown Shaving Co balm for a moisture boost. All facial area with the exception of forehead since that's my oiliest locale.

Don't tell anyone, but I even use pharma grade Retin A around my eyes every few days too :)

I suppose I use a moisturizer as a post shave balm - Clinique Moisturizer for Men. I have dry skin and this only requires a little product and absorbs quickly. Don't use too much or the excess will sit on your skin (and waste your money).
