Another unique old razor

This is a 3 piece razor with a strange little handle. The bottom has a hinge and the handle is hollow. I'm thinking that it's designed to hold blades, or store used blades. It came in a simple cardboard box with no name on it, but the bottom of the handle says "Austria" on it. Under the head is a diamond shape with MEB inside it.

Does anyone know who made this or how old it is? I think it's a neat little razor!

I have seen travel razors like that where you take the head off and store it in the hallow handle. This may or may not be what yours was designed for though. As for the make or age of it, I have no idea at all.

I've never seen anything like that. But, it does look as if you could store a few blades in the handle. Very cool find.
