I keep forgetting to post this photo celebrating Irish culture
Guiness goes out....Guiness goes in!
You can't buy beer you can only rent it. Old joke.Guiness goes out....Guiness goes in!
And I'm willing to bet that the blue deodorizers at the bottom smelled nothing like Arko!
Funny as it is...it's very true! You can't buy beer you can only rent it. Old joke.

Now you need to find a way to stop @FarmerTan eating the shrubbery
I haven't eaten shrubbery since @Owen Bawn caught me nibbling on cat knip. Or was it nip? Anyway, it smelt like peppermint to me!
Found this thread randomly, but I had to comment on my Arko experience.
My wife is Indian, and when we visit her family outside Delhi, we stay at a club/resort that a family friend has a membership with. They really chose an inspired name, "City Club." Well it had this constant cleaner smell from housekeeping.
When we got back, shortly after I got my first Arko stick. I opened it and smelled it. I immediately went to my wife and said, "Remember staying in City Club?"
"Yeah."
"Smell this."
*Sniff*
...
"It smells just like it."
Lemon(grass) scenty cleaner smell. Not bad, but it is the smell of a cleaner.
Maybe I'm just weird. I do kind of like The Veg.
Arko! good
Be well
Jay
Arko? What is this Arko that you speak of?
LOLIt's the byproduct waste from nuclear reactors, which many of us use for removing hair.
@Lane101 welcome to the improved Opinions on Arko thread. Please consider offering your opinion on Arko and keep the conversation going. Where is Owen? I thought this thread was dead.I think it's safe to say somebody fell asleep at the wheel and left @Slock in charge for a few days and we ended up in the clown house.

@Slock , Happy to oblige. Arko is the best value shaving soap out there today at under $2 per stick when purchased in a box of 12. Excellent core shaving performance (ease of lathering, lather stability and slickness) and, like many I like the scent that to me is like an old style barber shop. My only complaint is that when left in an open shaving mug most of the scent dissipates over a couple of weeks though that may be a benefit for those that prefer a weaker Arko scent.@Lane101 welcome to the improved Opinions on Arko thread. But are you sure that is something to complain about, there are many who would argue that a scentless Arko would be a great improvement on the original. My only complaint is that when left in an open shaving mug most of the scent dissipates over a couple of weeks though that may be a benefit for those that prefer a weaker Arko scent
YMMV on the Arko scent as I noted it may be a benefit for some in the second part of my earlier post. But are you sure that is something to complain about, there are many who would argue that a scentless Arko would be a great improvement on the original.
He crossed paths with one of the moderators over the excessive pop-ads and ended up showing himself the door, unfortunatelyAll fun aside, I don't think we've seen Owen Bawn in a good while. September of 2023. I hope he is well.
