Tonight the first 3017 shave of the week saw me happily lather away with the Moka-Express and I managed to get the perfect consistency. The shave wasn't rushed like yesterday and it showed in the results. My neck, although not a BBS finish was smoother than yesterday and I was very pleased with it

Final shave on this blade. A comfortable DFS, but I'm looking forward to a change for the second week.

New blade today in the mokume Carbon. Today was one of those days where my face seemed to not want to be shaved. Not screaming at me, but a pretty strong holler.

Ok, another carbon copy of last night's shave with my 3017 soap and the Rocca. Look I lathered it and after creating a ton of lather I just shaved away the stubble. It was a perfectly good shave though when I was finished my neck wasn't quite as smooth as yesterday, but still perfectly acceptable.

Razor: GC.84 SB, Al Handle, Astra SP #1
Bowl: Turkish copper
Post-shave: Proraso Sensitive Balm

Loaded a fresh Astra for the second week. This Nivea cream has excellent performance and an irritation-free post-shave. I wish I'd got more than one spare now, while it was £2 a tube. Got an easy near-BBS.
