Any chocolate with PGPR in it I won't eat, it is horrible, doesn't melt and has to be chewed.
So, it is good Belgian chocolate or nothing!

I have read it in most part US chocolate makers ingredients list written as PGPR.How do we know it's in there ,doesn't the labeling only require "emulsifier" on the ingredients list ?
