I love browns. Pilot Iroshizuku Yama-guri is my go to. I have it in my TWSBI Micarta at all times.
For a lighter shade I like Herbins Cacao du Brasil. It's for those times I want a less saturated brown.

I liked Noodler's #41 brown. It just didn't like my pens. I thought it looked amazing on yellow legal pads.
From pictures I've fallen in love with MB's Toffee Brown- I might be able to blame Boris for that.

I agree with you Boris. it is one of my favourite inks.
only got one so guess that is my favorite haha .. Parker Penman Mocha .. darker brown especially if written with a fine nib, comes more to character with a broader nib.
I very much like brown inks and sitting in front of our kitchen window on a Saturday morning and writing a letter while sipping a cup of coffee made from freshly roasted beans. The first coffee coloured ink I purchased was Beaver by Noodlers. My wife was so impressed by a letter from a member here that she said I should purchase a bottle. (Thank you Dave)

Laughs - you did see the thread said favourite coffee coloured inks, no ?... if not that would make much more sense for both of us,
I really like Parker Quink Blue-black, Diamine Denim, Pelikan Blue-black, and Noodler's Legal Lapis. I only ever put that last one in cheap pens. Hijack complete!
Seriously though, my favorite coffee colored ink so far is Diamine Saddle Brown.

Light roast with some blue blow pops in it? Like espresso with a demitasse sugar stick in it?
