Don't know why but this razor fits me quite well. It must be half or close on its way to needing a hone, something which I still cannot spot or feel readily yet; however the advantage for me is that since it is not lethally sharp as some other edges I own, I can now do my chin 97% with one pass plus safer work on the moustache area... My honemeisters are doing a great job but I think I'm not ready yet for 'super sharp' type of edges.

Nice, confident and fast shave overall.

Evening shave after helping a friend out with some dry wall:
Proraso pre&post
Merkur34C with Astra SP (my favorite blade right now)
Proraso green

Speick
Proraso pre&post (because it says pre AND post)

Dry wall dust is a real pain for my skin, the alum and the Speick hurt like hell. My whole face felt like I had a light sunburn. All was well after a minute, though. I guess plaster really dries out the skin.

Results:
This blade was one of my early honing attempts and I remembered it shaving me very well. However, now that I've been introduced to Otto Deutsch's Hans and Bismarck Red, I think my standards have changed a bit. I had a few nicks and raw patches that needed attention from the Alum Block. Still I got a smooth shave.

This was my first use of Beau Brummel. The aroma is strong with tobacco and spices. The scent stayed on my face for quite awhile. I appreciate strong fragrance so I liked this soap. I can guess that its not good for everyone though.

Four passes to a VERY comfortable DFS+. I've decided that the Crow blades like a slightly different angle (or my angle was off to begin with. Could be!) and short stubble. Last shave was only one day's growth, this was 1.5 days' and it was a little on the tuggy side.
