I worked out 3 days last week, and not in a row. This week I decided to do it everyday, and I can see the improvement. I have more energy, and I am already seeing a difference where I need to see one, and I'm just getting started.

60 minutes walking hills. My knee was too sore to run, but I needed to do something.
