It is a Tricolour so it is in France but not Paris.
Okay, I'm going to blame my not noticing that on the smallness of my cellphone screen.

That looks like the City Hall in Paris. But it’s not. Smaller, and slightly different embellishments on the facade. I think it’s the City Hall in Tours France.

It is indeed! We have a small house about 45 mins from Tours so I have a lot of photos of the place. Over to you mate!
And to sylbub, we have been to the MdC workshop a couple of times, it's nice little run to Fontveraud for the Abbey after shopping.
